Elliptical is in great condition. You can choose pre-programed workouts just like you could at your local gym or set speed and resistance manually. It also has a built in fan with high and low setting to help keep you cool during your workout. Complete with original books and fully assembled. I hate to part with it but am moving and unable to take it with.
